We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. Shipping and Handling
VoIPGizmos.ca ships to all Canadian provinces and territories. Due to licensing restriction, we do not ship or bill orders internationally, including USA. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are Purolator, Canada Post Expedited, United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. Orders are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days, and arrive within 4 to 7 business days within Canada and 5 to 15 business days to Yukon and Northwest Territories, following credit card authorization.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have placed an order with VoIPGizmos, you can check the current status of your order by entering your order number and email address on our Customer Service page.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will contact you by phone or email provided in your order.
If you want to cancel, please contact us immediately at 877.585.VOIP (8647). If we are able to cancel - you will be charged 15% cancellation fee.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you have purchased. But if something is not right, please let us know. We will gladly accept returns of merchandise provided it is in as-new condition. The product box should also be included and should not be damaged or written on.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR ORDER FOR REFUND, YOU MUST CALL US AT 877.585.VOIP (8647) TO OBTAIN A RETURN ID NUMBER. WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THIS ID!!!
We will send you an address for your returns to be shipped to after you obtain a return ID number from us. If buyer needs to return an item, ship fully insured and freight charges prepaid. Returns without Return ID number or sent freight collect will be rejected.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
* Any eligible product that is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 15 days from the date of purchase will automatically be eligible for a replacement.
New in Box (NIB)
* Any eligible product may be returned for a full refund if New in Box (NIB), unopened and if it has been purchased within 30 days. New products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
New Open Box (NOB)
* Any eligible products purchased within 30 days that have been opened but not used and are not defective may be returned for a refund less a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be higher or the return may be refused if it is missing parts, documents or if the box has been damaged or defaced in any way.
* Non-defective products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective Products . Standard One (1) Year Replacements
* Products purchased within 1 year but more than 30 days ago must be returned to the manufacturer if defective. We are unable to return defective products after 30 days and therefore you must work directly with the manufacturer to fix or replace defective goods. Products that are still NIB but were purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund.
Shipping / pickup fees are not refundable. Please allow 4-8 weeks for refund to process.
Claims: All merchandise left our warehouses in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to buyer as soon as such goods are picked up by carrier for delivery to buyer. Buyer should therefore inspect all packages for damages before signing delivery receipt. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier (not with Kovasys Inc. dba VoIPGizmos.ca) for merchandise damaged in transit.
We offer NO exchanges.
Consulting and Support
We only sell VoIP hardware and software. We DO NOT service or support any of the products we sell. If you have any questions or technical request - you might direct it to product manufacturer or you may contact us and we will put you in touch with certified contractors who can service your product for a fee.
Promotions and Contests
Certain VoIPGizmos and VoIPGizmos partner promotions reward you with a code that you can use for discounts at VoIPGizmos.Com or VoIPGizmos.ca. Promotional awards vary.
VoIPGizmos coupon codes do not carry balances. You must spend the full balance on one order or forfeit the remaining balance. Codes can only be applied toward merchandise. They cannot be applied against shipping, packaging, taxes, or be redeemed for cash. Only one VoIPGizmos.Com coupon code can be used per order.
While shopping at VoIPGizmos you will accumulate points (1 point for each dollar spent), which later you could redeem for a VoIPGizmos.com gift shopping certificate.
