RETURNS AND RESTOCKING POLICY
Please note that all sales are final. Please be sure to purchase the right item(s).
There may be some special cases in which we will authorize to refund or exchange the item within 15 calendar days after the product has been delivered only. Each case will and must be handled by us separately. All returns without RMA # will be refused. In case return is authorized, we will issue an RMA # and return instructions.
An RMA number issued is valid for 7 business days from the date issued. If we does not receive the product in question within this time frame or receive a valid tracking number indicating the return has been shipped then the RMA will be voided. If the above terms have not been followed the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Please take note of the following:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays for return shipping;
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be returned in its original packaging in NEW and UNUSED condition with the factory seals intact;
- Restocking fees of 30% WILL apply;
- Some items can never be returned for hygienic reasons such as headphones and headsets.
DEAD ON ARRIVAL
All Defective on arrival product will be handled by us within 15 calendar days after the product has been delivered for exchange only. After this time period, all warranty are directly processed by the respective manufacturer.
Note: If the product you return is deemed to be working, you will be charged a $50 Canadian testing fee per item and product will be returned at customer's expense.
